Last week we had Ganser install a new front door, new patio door, and new living room picture window. We are pleased with the work - we worked with Marc Ganser to select our new doors/windows and he was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. He did not pressure us into a sale and didn't try to sell us the highest-end / most expensive products. Rather, he worked with us to find the best solution for our home. The installation crew were also professional and friendly, and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each day.

I would recommend Ganser for your doors / windows. We do have one open-item to be resolved regarding a defective patio door screen door (product defect, not a reflection of the crew's workmanship). Marc followed up with a call when he heard about it, and Ganser is working on the resolution. I will post a follow-up review comment once we have a resolution. Again, other than that open item, we are pleased with Ganser!

In addition, the accomplished crew they sent out was a pleasure to have working both in and out of the house with a top notch cleanup done at the end of each day. I hired the Ganser Company to do a bathroom remodel for my parents. This included the removal of the old tub, complete demo and then installation of a walk-in shower with bench, safety handrails and removable shower head.

The job was completed ahead of schedule, at the quoted price and it looks better than we ever imagined. Jason and Greg did a fantastic job of explaining the options, the pros, and cons of the various solutions and then executing our plan.
