I had an issue when my wood boiler that I purchased 10 years ago. I asked if they could service it. The lady who tests the water and works customer service laughed at me and rudely told me I had to sign up online and wouldn't give me any other information. She sat in awkward silence for a moment until I asked if there was anything else they could do. She proceeded to laugh at me again like I was an incompetent fool. She told me to get a "plumber". I never write reviews but this lady has won the award for worst customer service! My wife and I were looking to get a hot in the near future however due to this instance and other snarky condescending comments from this lady in the past we will be definitely taking our business elsewhere! Good luck you are going to need it!

I had a little bit of a Karen moment. I initially had left a review that was one star complaining about the price of something and I realized I was being a Karen so I deleted it (I hadn’t even called to talk to someone at this point.)

After calling and talking to the ladies in the office and asking for more information - they not only answered my questions but helped me better understand how the price breaks down and how to move forward in getting a new pool liner. Don’t be me. If you have a concern - call and talk to them! Very professional and accommodating!

I recently purchased a house with an outdoor wood boiler that had not been used for 3 years and was completely disconnected. I explained that I didn't know anything about boilers and they spent over 30 minutes explaining how to get it up and running again. They even explained the proper techniques for maintenance and use. I left feeling much more comfortable hooking up the boiler and using it. Thanks for taking the time! I will definitely be back for my wood burner supplies.

I have been using Tragers LLC for our pool for many years. They have always been very attentive to any issues that I ask about and help me to solve problems as they arise. We also had them put in a dry river bed and they did an excellent job.

Eagerly looking to install a pool for the first time. Staff gave us a flyer, we asked a couple questions, then wanted pricing because of course why would we waste their time with all these questions if out of our price range. Was told it would be a while as another staff had the pricing book and those customers also just showed up. Seriously how bad would it have been to go ask to look at price book quick. Just lost a potential sale.

Poor customer service spent 9500 on a new 550 edge wood stove the water sensor went out with 2 months of use the werent interested in fixing it .I fixed it myself and when i returned the faulty water sensor i was supposed to be reimbursed but they said i can only have in store credit. How is it under warranty if you keep my money . i called central boiler customer service and they said i should get my money back and that they would contact traeger .needless to say i got my money back but not without a struggle. .why should i pay for something thats under warranty . I am done shopping there they didnt seem to care about issues i had with a brand new stove they had already gotten my money way to lose a customer over a 50$ warrantied part. Never shop there again
