I in the past I’ve sent two sets of binoculars in the vortex turn around was fantastic. I thought this in a brand new pair back on the first ones the second pair vulture HD 15 x 56. They just sent me a brand new pair can’t beat their warranty. Great company great optics. Iguided elk in the Gila wilderness for years a client gave me my 1st pair never heard of them though he was getting out of no tip later realized how good they were oh yeah talk him out of a vortex spotting scope made out like a bandit also

Fantastic glass, fair prices, and the best warranty of any company I’ve ever used. I’ve never been disappointed by anything Vortex. Specifically I’d like to single out the Fury binocular line. I spend nearly every free second I have out in the sticks and they are one thing I never leave the house without. Worth every penny. Some other honorable mentions are their carbon tripods and crossfire red dots. Super sleek and light all while still able to take a beating. I wish every gear company was modeled after this one.

Vortex is everything that American quality and American customer service used to be. Their products are first rate. Their warranty is second to none. The staff are pleasant and efficient.

I've owned two of their spotting scopes, one a warranty replacement for the other. Both have had superb image quality. Both extremely sturdy. The first only needed to be replaced because, after being tossed into a hole in a jetty by a gust of wind, the tripod foot snapped off. And that was only because it was attached to the tripod. The optics were undamaged after impact. But since that model had been discontinued the foot couldn't be replaced so they sent me a whole new scope. Which turned out to be one model up.

Could not be happier with them.

Having owned a Vortex spotting scope for 15 years and 10 homes with never an issue, I opted for the Vortex Defender CCW for my Sig P365 Legion. Upon installation, the red dot disappears when I tighten the battery cover and reappears if I unscrew the cover about three turns. Called customer service and they’re sending me a replacement immediately. Awesome care!

I was extremely happy with my Defender CCW 3 MOA, and became worried when it powered off and would not turn back on during a range session. I contacted Vortex and explained my situation, they sent me a prepaid shipping label, contacted me within a few days to notify me that my optic would need replaced, and then a new optic was sitting in my mailbox a few days later! The customer service they have is top notch and is so rare to find these days. I'm now no longer interested in exploring any other options for future purchases! These guys rock!

I stopped to drop of 22 pairs of binoculars from my work to be repaired under their fantastic warranty. I had no idea the place was so big or there was a showroom! They even have a display of equipment covered under their warranty. Great customer service, and I picked up a few things while I was there.
