Had a very good experience with Brincks Exteriors installing our new roof! From start to finish they did what they said they would do. Scott was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. We would definitely recommend and use them again!

We just had new gutters installed by Brincks. The sales person was knowledgeable and responded quickly to all our questions. The installers were professional and took the time to walk me around the house before they left to ensure I was completely happy with their work. They even said quite a few times if I have any issues to give them a call and they will come back and ensure everything is to my satisfaction. I can't say I have heard that too many times before. I would use this company again without a doubt.

What a positive experience! A little nervous at first with this color and the large project but the end result is stunning. The crew who worked on the house were exceptional. They were courteous and hard working. We’ve actually had people stop to take pictures because they are interested in having their house done the same way. Can’t say enough about how pleased we are.

We hired Brincks Exteriors to replace our roof in July 2020. The salesman was knowledgeable and honest. We liked the product he showed us. The price was quoted quickly and was reasonable. An owner of the company stopped by the morning of the install to explain the process. The crew was very polite and worked extremely hard. They finished in one day and did a marvelous job cleaning up. We would recommend this company.

I called Brincks, in Black Creek, on Monday morning with a mechanical problem with our window. Their receptionist was friendly and assured me that someone would call me back. An immediate call back and an appt was set up for the Next Day! So this morning, Tuesday, Scott arrived, on time, fixed the problem immediately and was so friendly. Our home was damaged in a storm last year, as a result, we needed to replace the siding on our home. Scott with Brincks was fabulous to work with. He was able to provide an accurate estimate, great communication throughout the project, and even worked with us on some aesthetic changes with new shutters. The Installers were very meticulous, polite and clean, not a bit of debris left in the landscaping. Our house looks great!!! I would definitely use Brincks again!
