Last June we purchased a 1980’s home in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was structurally in great shape but the interior was very outdated and awkward. We interviewed 3 contractors to do the extensive renovations and felt like Shore Builders was the best fit for us. Our project manager, Larry Swiderski made the year long process as stress-free as possible considering we were living 3 states away! Communication was excellent throughout the project and Larry was considerate about having the subcontractors on site when we came to town for monthly progress reports. The office staff was efficient and responsive with detailed invoices. We highly recommend Danny, Larry and the team at Shore Builders without reservation. We couldn’t be happier with the journey and outcome of our renovation.

Shore did an excellent job for our mid-century modern remodel. We opened up the house (which included addition of a new beam) and totally remodeled the kitchen and expanded and remodeled the main bathroom. New hardwood floors were added to the kitchen, while the existing hardwood floors were resurfaced. Shore project manager kept everything moving even through the holidays. All subs were professional and seemed to like to be working for Shore. Overall, we are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Shore for home remodels.

From start to finish, Shore Builders were courteous, diligent, and professional. Danny recommended for our elevated deck that we use WearDeck and marine grade lumber which should give us many years of enjoyment. The results look promising.

Shore Builders just completed constructing a new 1800 square foot lake house. The workmanship was outstanding. The structure is magnificent with a 25 ft ceiling great room and striking balcony and loft. Larry the foreman is a pro in every sense of the word. When our dock collapsed after a significant storm everyone we spoke to told us to use Shore Builders to rebuild. We are so glad we took their advice. The estimated time for completion from when we signed the contract was six months. The job was completed in four. The actual construction took two weeks. The crew couldn’t have been better. Polite, professional, accommodating, and such hard workers! They arrived when expected and worked with minimal disruption. The last day they left the work areas were so clean one would never know a significant construction project had occurred. The result is a sturdy, well-built dock that is the envy of the neighborhood. We are now part of “everyone” who will recommend Shore Builders without hesitation.

I used Shore Builders to renovate two very outdated full baths and a half bath. The bathrooms were completely gutted and refitted. Shore was wonderful and did an awesome job. They directed me to the right sources for tile and flooring, fittings and fixtures, and managed all the ordering and delivery. Their subcontractors were knowledgeable and reliable. Thanks to COVID we ran into various delays, and they took it in stride and always figured out how to keep things moving. My general contractor, Neal, was courteous, communicative, responsive, and helpful. The bathrooms are beautiful and turned out even better than I expected. I would use Shore again without hesitation for any renovation needs.
