This review is for RM Stephens LLC / Denyon Homes. I entered a 12 month lease in June of 2024 in Plover, WI. Fast forward to August of 2024, I received a good job offer in my hometown of Eau Claire. Knowing I entered a 12 month lease, I tried working with RM Stephens LLC/Denyon homes to see what we could figure out. I was even willing to pay 60 days of rent past the point I moved out. Long story short my only option is to help find a new renter but they cannot sub lease (must be new 12 month lease). I have since brought over 20 names to them, understanding not all applied, and not all that applied were approved. We are not into February and I'm still paying rent. This place is way over priced as it's now been for Rent for 5 months. On top of this, the 3 months I lived at this residence, I personally caught over 20 mice in this brand new townhouse in Plover. We were more than disgusted and feel us as renters did way more in this situation than we should have. At the end of the day this company doesn't have morals when it comes to caring for their tenants. All they are worried about is money in their pocket. Would not recommend.

Recently closed on a Denyon home and enjoyed the experience! We were able to select our lot in the subdivision, select finishes for the exterior and interior of the home, and we closed right on time and there was only one slight issue with two outlets, but the electrician was able to fix it within a week! The Denyon team was good to communicate with, only a couple follow ups were needed. Would recommend them to build one of your homes in the future!

Over priced and low quality with a joke of a warranty. We hired a plumber to put in a backup sump pump and he found trash in our unsealed pump. They just thew the seal on the hole and put the lid on top. They poured the front sidewalk in the rain and is is crumbling apart, they refuse to replace it. The gutters do not have a standard fall and do not drain water which causes backup and freezing issues which im sure will eventually pull away from the house. The warranty people say too bad. The free refrigerator they gave us has a motherboard issue and won't stop squealing, that warranty is a dead end. The floor has already had to be repaired because there are seam gaps and curling up planks, probably water damage. This is my 4th new construction home and my worst experience in craftsmanship to customer service. And they left the yard ungraded and full of trash. We had to spend an additional 23k to create a safe yard an put in a 12×12 deck off back patio sliders that led out to a dropoff. Also, breakers were missing from our electric box. I could go on and on. A Denyon home is NOT an investment, its an overpriced money pit with a fake one year warranty!

We built with Denyon in the summer of 2019. We appreciate how promptly they have returned our calls and worked with us on our new home. We have had very few issues or concerns and what we have had, was address quickly. We appreciate their customer service and attentiveness. As a new home owner it can be stressful, and they managed to help make the home building process a lot easier than what we have experienced with our previous build.

I was actively looking for a home in the Weston area. I was strongly considering another new home that was listed for almost $40,000 more. I toured the similar Denyon Azalea 1.5 model and liked the lot and layout better. Jeff was responsive and very patient as we went through the final steps of the process. Josh, the Project Manager, took care of every detail and concern, even after the closing. My experience was so much easier than I had expected and the Denyon team worked diligently to make it as stress-free as possible. I have yet to find a new construction in my price range that comes close in comparison for the beautiful house I gratefully call "home."

We are very happy with our new home from Denyon! They used quality materials and quality contractors for our personalized build. Denyon provides livable floor plans and have many options in their design center to choose from. I would not hesitate to use them again!
