We chose Kurt and Stacy of Bergman Builders to build our new home for many reasons. We were very impressed with the quality of their homes when we attended some open houses. They were extremely friendly and easy to talk to. During the homebuilding process we found they made it easy to understand and walked us through each detail. They were very flexible and respectable with our requests and built our home just as we had hoped for without any huge surprises in cost. Their pricing and bid were nearly spot on. The time frame that it took to build our home was also spot on. We realize the homebuilding process can often have many hiccups for many different reasons, but we were extremely fortunate.
