Called Vienna Plumbing and Bill came out the next day for an inspection. Had a quote ready for me the next day and completed the work two days later. It was a non emergency repair, Or I’m sure he would have completed it sooner. Great group of guys. Cleaned up and left our home in great condition… very pleased 😀

Very happy with our drain replacement for toilet, sink, and bathtub. Pipes were in a tricky spot and they were able to get the work done and done well. Very polite and considerate. Will definitely call them again if we have any plumbing issues.

Today was the fifth time utilizing Vienna Plumbing Repair. I have never had to use them for an emergency repair, so I can't cover that area of rating. On two occasions they installed a new toilet, one occasion they installed a new dish washer and kitchen faucet, one occasion solved two slow leaks, and today unclogged the the sink in our downstairs powder room. With exception to the kitchen, this awesome group worked for an hour or less.

I call them, described my problem, and let them know it's not an emergency. They have never left me hanging and usually call me the day before they can work and never more than a week waiting.

They are polite and professional. They clean their mess, and wipe their feet entering the house. These are a few reasons I keep asking for their service.

These guys are fantastic! I read the some of the negative reviews and I am pretty sure they have the wrong company!? My hot water tank went out on a Sunday morning. Bill and boys were at my home in about 20 minutes. He called the distributor and made him open so they could get my replacement tank and I had hot water in about 1.5 hours! If that isn’t 5 star quality I don’t know what is!?

The owner, Bill, came to my home when he said he would & gave me an estimate on the outside waterline from the road to inside my home. I asked MANY questions & his answers were exactly ones I wanted to hear. The City of Vienna Water Dept. gave me some of the questions to ask & I researched the plumbers in this area, on the internet. He gave me a, more than reasonable estimate, along with his credentials & brought a contract when his employees came to start the work. They finished it in 1 full day and did everything Bill promised. Even down to replanting my grass with straw on top. They called the City of Vienna Water Dept. to come & inspect it before they covered the area. I was truly impressed with their professionalism & noticed they had shirts on that reflected the name of the business & the name of the employee. That meant something to me. Employees had been with the company long enough to get their name on a shirt. Lol
