Premier Building Solutions is a fantastic company and their team is amazing.  They have been super responsive to my needs, and my budget, but most of all they are focused on quality.  I have worked with them on a number of projects over many years both big and small, for my own home, and for our buildings at Cave of the Mounds and I can't say enough good things about them.  They devise creative solutions to the inevitable issues that arise, and they stand behind their work.

Anyone who has gone through a building project knows that having a good trusting relationship with the builder / general contractor is so important.  You won't go wrong with these guys, and I heartily endorse PBS and their whole team.

Most recently here at Cave of the Mounds, our aging Visitor Center was in serious need of updating. First constructed in 1978, it was showing its age in many ways. Premier Building Solutions devised excellent solutions that kept many of the original attractive design elements, but greatly enhanced the functionality and amount of useful square footage.  They were able to preserve the original large wooden beams and dramatic stone pillars, but every other surface and fixture within the building has been updated.  In this way they reduced the cost and delivered a NEW building on time and under budget.  AND, we had to be open to the public during the project and they and their subcontractors were so courteous and great about that challenge.  They really  went above and beyond what was expected.

Now with this project concluded, we are extremely happy with the results. The building is far, far more useful for our visitors and staff. And the quality of the construction and materials is evident in every corner.  Visitors marvel at the beauty of the woodwork and masonry and all the many details that show the quality.  I'd invite anyone to visit Cave of the Mounds and see for themselves.  If the building looks great, it's because of PBS and their work.  (And, take a tour of the cave as long as you are here!)

We completed a significant renovation with PBS and every member of their team was a delight to work with. Communication with Jesse was top notch and foreman Jeff was a master at explaining things to us in a way we could understand. From the very start of the bidding/planning phase they were fantastic at educating us on the best approaches and practicalities that aligned with our budget and timeline.
