I enjoyed living at Soleo in Fort Worth Texas, but when I moved out that is a different story. They have sent me 3 bogus checks for my deposit return, and I cannot seem to get them to give me my money that is owed to me. Frustrated!!!!

Facts about Sparrow Partners LLC. They are also referred to as Sparrow living, CPI or Sparrow Capital Partners. As of 2022 the management part of whatever you decide to call this company is Sparrow Living followed with the property name. Since the CPI part of this LLC formed, the quality of things has gone down. The calendar is nothing to get excited about. This should be properly named a co-op because the residents take a big part of the success or failure of the events. If a resident doesn't spearhead the activity the events that sparrow living hosts are weak. The clubhouse has a fee attached on your monthly bill, so you would think with that much capital on a monthly basis it would be top notch, but it is not. A lot that is upkept is also done by the residents. The quality of the exterior and the buildings themselves are what you would expect from a wood and sheetrock constructed building with exterior corridors. I am glad that it is limited to 55 and up because the resident's behavior is more mature and respectful of others.
