Am sitting in our home 6+ years after the build date and thinking we love our home more than the day we moved in. DW3 you all made this so easy yet it is still so beautiful. From how honest and transparent as builders, to creative ideas, to assisting in decision making and ending up with high quality, We are in awe of you and your team. You all treated this little home like it was your own! Love our home and really enjoyed this build with DW3. Keep up the good work as I am thinking about a little “She Shed” in my future!

I was a General Contractor/Homebuilder for 25 years. I was looking for a builder to build our cabin/retirement home in Twin Bridge area as it was just too much to handle for me 2 hours away. I was very nervous to hire someone else to build our dream project Upnorth. I was lucky enough to get connected with DW3. They exceeded our expectations in a big way. Not being around the project during the week was not easy for me, but Del and Kevin sent progress pictures daily which was so helpful and appreciated. On the weekends I would “eyeball” every square inch of the project, and I was so thankful to see the care that went into everything from the quality of the materials to the cleanliness of the jobsite. I am sure that I most likely was a pest to them during the project, but they made me feel like a partner in the project from start to finish. Was fortunate to meet a few of the crew and can’t say enough about all of them. They performed as promised, and we have created a relationship that will last a lifetime. We are looking forward to another project with them this Spring, and we have no doubt that it will be a success. Thank you Del, Kevin, and the whole DW3 Team!!
