I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Manor Dr. Management was very attentive and always responded to maintenance request. Jason was always professional and returned my deposit promptly. Great work Guys!

I rented an apartment off Lovers Lane from them for a year while I was in college. I loved every second! Jason was extremely helpful in answering calls quickly when I’d have a question. I have nothing bad to say about my time here. If I needed maintenance, they came usually within a day. Everyone was super friendly, including the neighbors. I wish I could have moved this place with me when I left!

Do not rent from this business if at all possible. A few things become quickly apparent: 1. The maintenance staff is overwhelmed as evidenced by the deteriorating properties and slow response to work requests. 2. You are viewed as money coming in every month, not as a renter who should be treated with respect. 3. Your neighbors are viewed as annoyances who don't deserve common decency. It is sad when the first day you start moving in multiple neighbors tell you how bad the landlord is, and they have a number of examples. They've gone to the city repeatedly due to inaction from the Orecchio and a lack of caring. Here are the main things I have complaints about. The sewer line became blocked on a Friday. There is no 24/7 call service so I reached out to a company to remedy the situation so I could use the bathroom then hope to be paid back. Roto Rooter refused service due to me not being the homeowner. Orecchio did not get their plumber on the property until the following Wednesday. My kids could not stay with me as they couldn't use the bathroom, I was told I would not be given compensation if I stayed at a hotel, and they had zero concern for the situation even though I had to go to the gas station to use the restroom while they took their time scheduling. The plumber finally arrives, and we find a tree root through the pipe that runs to the sewer. The plumber called Orecchio and told him, and he said to clear the clog the best he can because he doesn't want to pay to dig up the yard to fix the pipe and cut out the root. That repair lasted less than a month and I was at their mercy again to come and fix it. One more: there is a half bath in the basement, and it couldn't be used as it just overflowed when you flushed it even if you plunged it over and over. They came and left a message after saying it would cost too much to repair and to just use the upstairs bathroom. As far as I am concerned, I am paying for all the rooms, toilets, etc. I don't expect to be best friends with a landlord, but I do expect to be treated with dignity and respect and for the almost year and a half here, I never felt that.

We have loved our experience renting from Orecchio Properties! The application process was very smooth, and they answered all questions we had quickly and detailed. The property was cleaned completely before we arrived and a few updates were even made. The online portal makes it easy to pay rent and submit service requests which have always been completed for us within 24 hours. The location is wonderful, and we have had such a lovely time getting to know our neighbors, all of whom have been a pleasure!

Mr. Orecchio has always hired the best crew. Always helpful and respectful going back to early years with Dave and Larry now it's Ray and Tom and more. Jason in the office is the best. I think he is really trying to make necessary improvements. Hasn't always been smooth sailing but I love the area and happy to call my apartment my home!

Love this place! I moved back from Florida two years ago thinking I had a place to stay. When that didn’t work out, I saw apartments available in country club. Without hesitation, I called and took the apartment without seeing it. I had no worries about whether these apartments would be nice and secure. I saw the apartment the first time when I moved in. Beautiful! New carpet, fresh paint and this is something they do to all the apartments between tenants. Maintenance is terrific. Location is perfect! I can’t understand why there would be any openings in this complex beautiful apartment wonderful landlord to work with very safe and secure and again the location is perfect if you’re looking for apartments, look no further than here.

I wasn’t happy with my old landlord and neighbors. Since leaving that situation and being with Orecchio my life is much better! The apartment is very modern with many nice features. Paying rent is beyond easy with their app. The app is also useful for maintenance request, they always respond quickly if there’s a problem. I’m very happy with my living situation now. I couldn’t ask for more.

The property as very clean on our move in. We did have a minor issue but Jason was so helpful and courteous. He handled the situation immediately. We highly recommend any of the properties that Orecchio Properties has. We are extremely satisfied with our current property.
