Building our home with Timberlake Homes has been an extraordinary experience! Patti, Ron, Sarah and Tom and all their crew are a top notch group who work with you every step of the way! There is no aspect they don't have covered! From picking the perfect unit to coming personally for a site inspection to make sure your dream home will fit. To outstanding sub contractors and detailed check lists of what you need to do. From the beginning of a dream to the day you move in, the folks at Timberlake Homes are there to help make your new home dream come true! When everything was completed, there was some sadness that we might not see them again. They are part of our home as surely as they have become like family!

We have been in our place for almost a year now and we couldn't be happier. Timberlake has been great to work with. From the purchase to the installation, to the after install follow ups, they have been very responsive. There were multiple choices when it comes to manufactured homes, we are so happy we chose Timberlake.

Went here about a month ago looking at properties and found a nice one for $99,000. Decided to go back recently and the lady behind the counter said they don't have anything less than $210,000. She also stated that their prices have not gone up in over a year! Well then why does the paper in my folder of all the properties say $99,000 was the cheapest one. Stay far away from this place!

No thanks ! I got one ): over a year ago, if you want to know what’s up with Timberlake when it comes to instillation and finishes after instillation (mine is bad) I can give you the address to come and take a look 7 minutes away from the office, the real model home should be mine not what they have on their yard, mine was installed on basement omg ! there is no insulation under the floor joists so you can see what’s there , exterior finishes are 👎👎👎think twice before you buy one, I’m trying to get someone here to get things done (fixed) from Timberlake Homes or the manufacturer from Indiana for months no luck so far ! think twice before you buy one from them, don’t get me wrong I didn’t expect perfect home there is always some issues with this type of homes that you can take care of yourself but what I have found is more than just little things.

The model homes are open all day so you can explore as much or as little as you want without having a salesperson by your side. If you want more info, go to the office. Staff is extremely helpful and will provide a lot of brochures, floor plans and additional information.

Very positive, All homes on display had lighting & interior decorating was very inviting, made every home livable. Of the 4 retailers I checked out Timberlake out did them all. Awesome experience 👍

Drove over from Onalaska Wi, because their website said they were open until 4pm. They were closed, but were outside and did not allow us to look at any homes. They were rude ! So disappointed!
