Hired Dependable to pour basement for our new modular home. They were so much fun to watch! These fellows truly worked as a TEAM! They bopped to some CCR and actually seemed to enjoy their work. The owner was part of the crew & took the time to explain the pouring steps & drying process!

I hired Dependable to build my house slab with in-floor heat. This is a several step process. Every part of this process was smooth and professional. I communicated through phone and emails and everyone I dealt with was very prompt to respond to my questions. I had a lot of them. We were delayed a lot with rain but when they could get in to do the work they made it a point to get it done. The final product is spectacular. They did exactly everything I requested. And stayed right on budget. I HIGHLY recommend them for your concrete needs. Thank you to all of your staff!!!!!!

I would hire this company based solely on the display of character of one of their crews. They were patient and understanding as they waited 30 minutes for their food at a “fast food” restaurant. They showed no sign of frustration or malice toward the employees who forgot their order. Classy group of young men who were probably very hungry after a long day of hard work. Their character speaks volumes.

Planned to have our driveway done. Schedule months ahead, called multiple times even after deposit was made. When called to inform them we were canceling they said okay sounds good and she could understand why. They supposedly do work but have horrible communication and customer service.

Did a horrible job pouring our basement floor. The floor is very uneven and started cracking in less than a year. Our garage floor was poured wrong, also. When the snow melts off the cars in the winter the water runs towards the side of the garage where the steps are to go into the house. It was definitely pitched wrong. .
