Very timely, I contacted them about 10am and Cody was in my driveway around noon. Was very pleasant and very professional,diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate, was completed and out the door around 1:15pm. I was very impressed. Thank-you so much! I will definitely call Cody Luzer for any plumbing issues in the future.

You are blessed to have Cody as your employee. He was able to patiently explain our drainage issue and how it needs to be corrected.
Only wish the cost was more n line with our expectations.
Cody assures we will be satisfied when the job is completed. We are trying to get people to help us clear basement area for digging.

Cody, from Mr. Rooter, came out quickly and worked on the line until it was completely unblocked. He showed me the problem on the camera, gave me all of the information of what needs to be done to fix the problem, and an estimate. He also informed me that there’s a lifetime warranty on any work they perform on the repair. Cody was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Cody and Mr. Rooter to anyone.

Cody was nice and knowledgeable of his work. He kept us informed on every aspect of the job. We asked him if he could another small job while he was here and he didn't hesitate to agree. We found a problem with our sewer system this evening and called Mr Rooter. They told us that we would get a call to let us know when a someone could be here. At 9pm Gabe Vasquez came and found the problem and told us that the outside trap was installed backwareds so we made the decision to have them come back tomorrow to replace it. Gabe left at 11pm tonight. Thank you for coming so late we are very happy to have him come to fix the problem.

Earl came out to the house in about 40 minutes after I called and was the complete professional. He was able to clear a big grease clog about 35 feet down my drain. Would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing needs. Military discount applied to the service. We used them at our old house so when we moved to our new house two years ago, Mr. Rooter was a no brainer. Very happy customer.
