My elderly mother’s driveway cracked within 5 months of installation. Mr. Offenberger has been giving her the runaround for nearly a year and will not fix it. He has come up with all sorts of excuses: it’s too cold, I’m too busy, there’s a shortage of concrete, etc. My mother in good faith hired this man, paid him thousands of dollars and she ended up with shoddy work and a contractor who comes up with every excuse not to repair his poor workmanship. Buyer beware.
