A breath of fresh air. Unloaded super fast and the unloader where even kind enough to not be rude when delivering. Having a washout on site for outbound drivers is a nice touch too, beats having to hunt down somewhere to go. Had plenty of room to maneuver, was on the door 15 & 16 outcropping. Seeing cars parked on Google Maps had me worried but they leave plenty of room to get in.

Update, was unloaded within 1 hour of appointment time.

Loading time less than 2 hours, nice clean place, plenty of parking as well. Trailer Wash out on site quick, have your trailer washout receipts on hand, it’s mandatory or else you won’t get loaded.

friendly staff but they too overly sensitive and can not take any constructive criticism without saying you are being mean or rude, loading is super quick. But FDA test results on load has been an utter joke.

Be aware of this company , they trick me ,
charge me for a trailer wash $50 cash , no credit card .After 6 hours of waiting , I went back to the office and they said they have some issues with the packaging , I might not get loaded . Spent all day here leaving without the load . Thank you guys for you time and wasting my whole day here with $50 car wash . They don’t care about the drivers time .Bad management .

Lady at shipping was nice. Restroom and overnight parking . If you picking up, first check in at shipping office (circled) from there you will go to washout (required) $50
After washout is done you will go back to shipping office and will be given a door. In my case i had to wait a bit. Once given a door loaded quickly. After loading back to shipping office for papers and seal. Paperwork does take a while. But all considered decent place.

Best place for Delivery also. This place is neat and well organized. They have a huge drivers Lounge and lots of truck Parking. Washout available on the property.
Great restaurant too eat on walking distance. Pizza Hut on the property.
Location is right on Interstate.
I was unloaded in less then 40 min, Long before my Appointment time.

Pretty simple place easy to follow instructions. I got here at 740 for a noon appointment and they're loading me early. They do require a wash out receipt or you can use their wash for $50 cash or comdata check no cards they have over night parking and multiple food places in the area and bathroom facilities

Washout is a money scam. We have a nearby terminal with washout facilities and I can get my trailer washed out at the terminal and it's spotless but when I show up for the pick up because I don't have a washout receipt they have me go through their washout bay and charge me $50.00 despite the fact that it was just washed out an hour prior to arriving at the shipper. Other than that, it's all good.

Go up
