Dylan did a great job for us. He came earlier in the week to check air ducts and the dryer vent to see if cleaning was needed. He recommended dryer vent was in need. He came back and did that for us. He’s very professional and did a great job. He’ll be back next week for a furnace check up as he signed us up to get that done yearly. It includes an air conditioner check in the spring. These are very good people!

The experience that I had with this company was outstanding! I had tech Dylan K come out to my place to help with my furnace that wouldn't blow heat. He arrived around 9:10am and didn't leave until 10:40am, within that time period, he explained to me what he was doing, testing wires and other parts of the furnace to make sure it was running properly. He also showed me what he was doing as well as teaching me what I could do incase of an emergency with certain things. Overall he did an awesome job, he got my furnace working and said that if anything were to happen to give them a call back and they'd come back out with no charge. Now that is impressive! With the time he was here he only charged me the flat rate fee of $79.99+tax (Normal day pricing) even though he was here for over an hour! I have nothing bad to say about Dylan or the process he went through to make sure that my house would be warm again. I definitely recommend this service to anyone that has trouble with their furnace, even if it is 20+ years old like mine. They definitely know there stuff and will make sure you are satisfied with the job.

We scheduled Red Barn Electric in December to come and give us an estimate on installing a natural gas heater in our garage replacing the electric one. Sam came on Saturday morning. Walked through the basement doing the estimate and Sam noticed our 1989 gas hot water heater and advised to get it replaced asap. And our house was not grounded. He gave us an estimate for the garage heater which was pretty much in line with the estimates I had from two other dealers in the area. Plus another estimate for the water heater, grounding the house and 4 outlets I wanted installed. He said they would be able to come within the month to do the work. This is what sold me. They were prompt on the promise to show up. And prompt on the time that they would be there. They send notices on text and email that they are on the way along with pictures of the guys showing up. They completed the work in a timely manner and kept checking with us to see if we were happy as things were progressing. We had one misunderstanding on the location of the thermostat for the garage heater but they changed it to my satisfaction immediately. They did the outside outlets even though it was the below zero day. They work hard to complete the job. No wasted time. They put down floor coverings and clean up all messes from the installation. Replaced old gas valves and added a couple more for safety. He gave us the senior and military discount on the estimate. And at the end threw in a carbon monoxide alarm at no charge. We are happy with the work. We are happy with the appliances. We would recommend getting Sam and his crew at Red Barn Electric to do your electrical/gas/HVAC jobs. We made an appointment and they were willing to assist us as quickly as they could. The diagnosis was made by a different person and they did not charge us for that service. We needed a new furnace and for the installation we got Ezra and someone else they explained what had to be done, they were nice and they did the job. Our furnace is working and have no complaints. We are very satisfied with the company and the service provided. They are very organized and accountable. Thank you

Highly recommend Samuel from Red Barn Electrical! Our furnace stopped working yesterday around 4am. We did some tinkering of our own, replaced the thermostat & no heat, so we called Red Barn. They had a call in Edgar & Wausau. He got here around 5pm, diagnosed we needed a new transformer for our furnace, & had to head back to Wausau to their warehouse to get the part. It said there were 2 transformers left in inventory but when Sam got there the shelf was empty! He went & found us a part somewhere else & was back to the house & we had heat by 8pm on one of the coldest days no less!! Red Barn has new customers here! Thank you so much Samuel! Very Grateful!

Jack and Warren upgraded our electrical service and we couldn't be more pleased! These professionals took a veritable rat's nest and turned it into a beautiful new panel, even paying attention to the weatherhead slack loops! The owner, Samuel, is prompt, thorough, and takes the time to answer questions with no sales pressure. And the office team is excellent, quickly communicating when severe weather caused Xcel Energy to cancel the first appointment. Thank you so much- we'll all sleep better knowing that we have CAFCI breakers and whole-house surge protection installed. Worth every dollar.

Warren stopped in to access the issues we were having with our home. He came up with an action plan and returned the next day with Jack and the equipment needed for our repairs. They were highly competent (even with our remodeling add-ons to the existing electrical system) and very efficient. We were impressed and will continue to call them for any future needs. Red barn is amazing . Dylan has come to our rescue many times in emergent needs. He is always kind, friendly, explains things and even shows us what either needs to be fixed and how or why it broke or stopped working. We enjoy our visits with dylan and trust him and his work.
