My wife was driving on the interstate when something came off one of their flat bed trucks and cracked her windshield, I contacted the company who gave me the number to their insurance, their insurance said they do not allow claims from 3rd parties and to call the company back and have them to file the claim but now they wont answer the phone which is pretty dirty in my opinion.
