After a very high recommendation from
Our son in law we called Hunter for a price quote on a roof replacement. He was quick to arrange an appointment. We felt he took his time in evaluating our roof accessing what needed to be repaired and replaced. He explained in detail every step of the replacement and materials that would be used. Hunter was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. After receiving our quote which was more than fair he answered all of our questions. At no point or time did we ever feel pressured to give an answer immediately. He is a great asset to your company and we would highly recommend Hunter and Design Roofing.

A neighbor referred me to design roofing and I'm so glad they did! Hunter Childers has been great from the first phone call. Very professional, kind, polite and knowledgeable. He sat down with me and guided me through the steps from start to finish and left no questions unanswered. Don't hesitate to call design roofing... Looking forward to my new roof!

Sean Collins at Design Roofing was a pleasure to work with. He came 2 hours to give us an estimate and he worked with our insurance agent on giving them pictures of the damaged roof and he worked directly with our insurance company…like, on his way home from leaving our house that day. That process was super quick and soooo easy. They were a bit behind with other roofs before us. Unfortunately that took a few months before they were able to start on ours. But, when they were scheduled to come out, they were here at 5:30am and they had an awesome crew. Sean was here with them all day, and they it looking like a well oiled machine just trucking along. It only took 2 days to complete the entire roof! And it looks absolutely amazing, as you can see in the pictures.
The only constructive criticism I have is that I wish we would’ve been kept in the loop about the scheduling. We knew they were busy, but we had to call a few times for an update on where we were in line. It would have been nice to have received a call or text every so often just so we would have felt like we were in the loop. We got our estimate in April and they didn’t start on the roof until July. But as I said, they did an awesome job and we’re so happy with how it turned out! I would recommend Sean Collins and his team to anyone looking to having their roof done!

Design Roofing and Todd have been amazing to work with at our camp. Over the last 13 years they have shingled many of our larger buildings for us for a great price and they have also donated material to our camp so that we could redo several of our smaller roofs on our own with volunteers. I love when companies that have been blessed in our community, give back to others. If there was 6th star rating, I would give them another.

I called Design Roofing to have someone come out to check out a roof leak. A young man named Hunter Childers came out and gave his assessment. Hunter was awesome and very honest! It turned out to be a problem with the windows which we could fix ourselves. In the world we live in today, it was such a sigh of relief to have such excellent customer service. I truly appreciate Hunter's honesty and will always recommend him/Design Roofing!

Recently had Design install a new roof due to a tree falling on my home. Insurance would only pay for the damaged section, but after speaking with Sean Collins and understanding the way my roof SHOULD be installed, I opted for an entire replacement. This also provided me the opportunity to receive an incredible, transferable, warranty. Sean went above and beyond to help fit the job within my budget and the crew had the roof installed with a couple weeks of contract signature. Wonderful quick installation. I only found 1 single nail on the ground after the install. Highly recommend Sean and Design if you want your job done right the first time.

If you need a roof call Design Roofing and ask for Hunter Childers. He treated me like I was family. I had 4 estimates and not only did they give the best price, they gave the best customer service. Hunter made the experience personable and much more professional and knowledgeable than any of the others, by far. If you’re getting estimates, you owe it to yourself to call Hunter and Design Roofing.

Process started just fine. New roof was installed, slightly late due to weather, but that is not their fault. Small section of roof is rubber and was not included in the quote. First rain after install, roof was leaking on both sides of the rubber portion. It has now been weeks and has rained multiple times. I've spoken with them several time and keep getting the runaround. They have told me they would get back to me several times about patching it and/or giving a new quote for the rubber roof section of the house. I have basically been lied to multiple times about what they would do and when they would update me. Very displeased.
