Pool Kleen Services recently completed a complete overhaul of my inground pool. Thankfully Terry was able to coordinate all of the work that was required. He made sure that every detail was addressed and handled appropriately. He even made time to maintain my pool over a holiday weekend while I was out of town. Highly recommend these guys! We needed our above ground pool completely redone from sand being leveled out, new liner and everything. They made the process so easy, explained everything throughly and were very professional. They didnt rush through it, were very informative and provided solutions. Hands down I highly recommend Pool Kleen. We needed to get a new liner earlier this year. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect since this was my first pool with a liner. From the start Terry was able to schedule a call and walk me through the whole process in detail and answer all my questions.

When the day came to remove the liner and put in a new one we unfortunately ran into some major ground water issues. After many troubleshooting options, calls, and visits from Terry and team we finally landed on a solution.

The team came out, executed that solution perfectly and had us swimming in no time.

While things like groundwater are totally out of their control, the amount of communication through the process made me comfortable and made me feel like I was part of the process. Highly recommend this team!

Excellent service. Tom did an amazing job renovating my pool. Painted originally with acrylic, had leaks, losing an inch of water a day. Drained, sandblasted, ground out rusted trim, repainted with epoxy x 2. Looks the best she’s ever been (pool >20 years old, concrete).
