They did amazing with my husband iPhone. But I called over a month ago to get my Samsung galaxy A21 fixed and they said they'd call me the following Monday when my parts came in for me bring the phone in, well I'm still waiting on that call.

I had dropped my Galaxy S6 and the back glass broke. Called them up and they ordered the part and put it on in less than an hour. They did this for less than I was going to pay for the glass myself. Awesome personalities as well.

This place is a JOKE! They damage more iPhones than they fix! I don’t see how they are still in business. As a phone repair business, how can you look at a customer and ask for payment for a completely non working phone when the phone worked when it was dropped off to have the cracked screen replaced?

There work speaks for itself self {Exquisitely Wonderful} they ✔ out the situation (phone or ect) discover & eliminate (Y disabled)cure & complete if possible for customer satisfaction. Very friendly and professional. I bought a phone from a 3rd party vendor (never again) and it had all sorts of things wrong with it. But the people are Spider did all they could, and sense my phone still wasnt functional after a full water damage repair, they didnt charge me. To bad mechanics arent that way. lol Thank you, everyone at Spider!
