Ryan and Josh helped me fix a broken door jam. They had to take off the door and take off the side of the door jam that was broken so I can match it up with a replacement. They came back another day after staining the jam and put it back on. It took some finesse since everything had to match up perfectly so the door closed properly. Both Ryan and Josh took time to make sure everything was just right and cleaning up afterwards. Professional and good communication. Happy to use them again for other projects.

I met Bob at a contractor meetup and he has since performed work for me on a couple remodels. His carpenters are excellent and his standard of work and conduct from his employees is high. Recommend!

Bob Dawson and his team at Mercer Island Remodeling are truly outstanding craftsmen, project managers, and great people to work with!

They are professional, honest, and live up to their estimates of cost, time, and quality! Bob’s standards of excellence are hard to match. He inspects every job element and makes sure it’s perfect. There wasn’t anything I noted that Bob had not already annotated on a punch list for correction.

We have completed so many small to large projects with Bob, Ryan and his MI Remodeling team over the last 10 years. We are ALWAYS satisfied with his work. He's remodeled bathrooms, hung all new doors, windows and trim, finished a daylight basement, repaired things after a flood, added bathrooms and a laundry, and many more projects. Bob and his team are professional, on time, responsive and the quality of their work is excellent. Bob is as picky as I am about the quality of their work. We needed some fence posts replaced as they had rotted out in their concrete footings below grade level. Bob, Ryan and the team at Mercer Island Remodeling did a beautiful job of replacing the posts in exactly the position they needed to be. The fence is once again solid, straight, and fit back together perfectly.
