Randi and team did a very nice job painting our home exterior. We love the new color and trim! Crew worked quickly and came back when we needed a little bit more done in a few areas. Extra project was full replacement of front door and addition of sidelights to add more daylight into our front entry. The custom job to install the windows turned out beautifully. The install was tricky, to say the least, and the end result is fabulous! Our entry is so much brighter now, and looks better than I imagined.

Beautiful job. The workers really knew what they were doing. Randi knew exactly what my vision was and executed it even better. She made sure our meetings happened when they were convenient for my schedule and she even pitched in when workers were unavailable. She also made sure the workers left me a clean home when they ended their days.

We hired Randi to redo our basement; install a new ¾ bathroom and build me a home office with a new window carved out of the foundation. Everything looks great, and the work got done pretty much within budget. If we did have another big project (a new addition etc.), Randi is the first person we’d call. She’s very customer focused and responsive (eg she never missed our phone calls). Randi’s not happy until you’re happy! Randi wants to make sure you love the finished product. And she also rolls up her sleeves—she was regularly on site with the other workers, helping out with labor, making drawings, talking us through questions, inspecting work, etc. Also, Randi always showed up where she said she’d be when she said she’d be, she was never late for anything! No complaints, it was a good experience, and the completed work is fabulous.

I am a retired Naval Officer with 40 years of active service. In the military we take our jobs very seriously especially when it comes to timeliness, attention to detail and performance integrity. I found that high standard lacking with several private/public sector contractor/subcontractor services with only a few exceptions. I found Randi and her experienced painters to be of that dependable metal. From email communication to phone contact and eventually meeting her in person I was extremely impressed. She came prepared not only to give me a solid estimate but she provided upfront proof of her bonded, licensed and insured status not to mention directing me to L&I's listing for her business. She was engaged the entire time checking on the work status weekly with "falcon vision" insuring every area was professionally addressed to her high standards. Her painters I found to be courteous, professional with a no nonsense work ethic. Their attitude, "We are here to make you happy!" Another thing I appreciated was her promptness providing the estimate with clear and concise job expectations and a thorough breakdown of costs.This level of professionalism is well worth her prices. All my expectations were met and correction addressed on the spot!

On a 5 star rating scale I score her and her crew 6 plus!

My only challenge with this entire process is putting my house back together while living through the service. Once again well worth it!
