Worked with Riggins Construction just last month. After a wind storm and snowstorm our fence was in a bad way.

Ryan came out quickly, did a free appraisal and offered a fair price, we signed the agreement then and there and I put down the down payment. He said he would likely not be able to start for 10-14 days and was an active communicator. He wrote back less than a week later to tell me the materials were in and he could start whenever we were ready.

The crew came out, demoed the prior fence and got the new one up quickly, and it's beautiful! During the construction they were all courteous and attentive and kept the site very clean in between days.

I'll definitely call Ryan (the owner) in the future for any other work I need done.

I took a chance on Riggins Construction for a recent fence project. It couldn’t have worked out better. After contacting Riggins and requesting a quote, Ryan was very responsive. We met to discuss project scope, my basic design requirements, timeline, and budget. Ryan listened and offered several key suggestions (including some material upgrades) that I feel raised the project to a higher level. I didn’t want the basic ‘ cookie cutter’ look marketed by some of the larger fence installers. What I got was the more modern, clean and custom look I was hoping for. I recently bought a home with a deck in pretty bad shape. I didn't want to take on the expense of completely replacing it, and Ryan was incredibly accommodating. I never felt like he was pressuring me to replace something just to increase the sale, but I also didn't feel that he was holding back on what work needed to be done. The results are incredible; you can definitely tell which parts of the deck are new and which are the original, but his team went the extra mile to try and breath new life into the old boards and restore them as close to their original quality as possible.

I worked with Riggins Construction (Ryan is the owner) to build a carport for my new home. After explaining the multi-purpose of the addition, Ryan helped with design and functionality of the project. I had three contractors provide estimates and although Ryan was not the cheapest, I gathered he was both very skilled and honest. I wanted to support a locally owned business and decided to go with Ryan. As I mentioned, Ryan is very honest and he informed me his projects tend to run plus/minus a week when it comes to timeline and that was true for my project. This wasn't a big deal, especially considering the fact that I was forewarned. I believe this is just part of working with a small construction business in Seattle in 2023. Either way, Ryan had excellent communication throughout, providing pictures and videos of the progress being that I was out of town for much of the project. I'm very satisfied with the overall result/quality/attention to detail and have already coordinated with Ryan for future projects.
