After some emails they are back making good on the issues. As said, I am retracting my review. I hope once the cement is dried it will look better than it did. Thank you for standing by your word. I would definitely be more inclined to use these guys again. I appreciate the dedication to quality.

Until I hear back I will write this as a beware. We were scammed. The work done was sloppy and messy and done very unprofessionally. If this issue gets rectified I will amend my review. The guy came and quoted 10.500, ultimately coming down to 8,900… my husband didn’t counter and they did the work. There is no way 2 bags of concrete and jackhammering would cost that amount. Had to ask for the contract/invoice. Definitely a company I will not ever use again or refer. Let’s see if I get a response now.

Damien had amazing service. He was awesome. He snaked our drain super fast. We thought it was gonna have lots of damage. It turns out Damien‘s a miracle worker was able to get it taken care of and pulled the rag right out of our drain awesome services definitely calling them back if I need the assistance

Damien and Eli were amazing. They got to my house within 90 minutes, we had family visiting and some serious toilet issues if you know what I mean. Incredibly professional and fast service, will be using these guys again.

Great experience working with Jeremiah Sánchez. Jeremiah came out the very next morning after our late night call and was very communicative about arrival time. Once he arrived he helped me troubleshoot something that I thought was a screw I had punctured a pipe with but advised me on how best to diagnose if this was the case behind the wall. We found that it wasn't a pipe at all but a very creaky stud with a knot in it making us think that we had hit a water line. He ended up just charging me their normal initial diagnostic fee for driving out on Saturday morning which was a reasonable $50, a bargain for a Saturday morning visit in the snowy weather. I would hands down call them again!

Everything thing would have been perfect had they actually fix my issue.
Supervisor showed up to assist in the diagnostic and missed. They tried to sell me an intense costly fix that wasn't necessary. I ended up snaking out the clog myself. I can't say the misdiagnoses was intentional, but I am wary.

I had called for pipe cleaning, and the call out was quick. I was quoted 150 for the drain snake. I had asked about hydro-jetting, and the plumber had to call his boss for a quote and to bring the equipment. The boss showed up and quoted me at 1268 dollars. I asked if they had a military discount and he said he could bring it down to 1000, with a lifetime one call out warranty. I got a second quote from a competitor at 550 plus a set up fee. I mentioned this, and the guy immediately brought the price down to 585, saying that he was able to convince his boss that I was a senior and a veteran. This was gross and felt sleazy. I agreed against my better judgement because they were already at my house and I figured it would be a one and done. They then had me sign the paperwork prior to the work being done. They brought out the cheapest pressure washer you can get from Home Depot (I know because I have the same model). They then spent 7 hours not being able to do their job, and quoted me at 8,000 dollars to dig up and replace a pipe. I talked to another local company who said that unless there is damage to the pipe, they have the tools to get it cleared. I called twice to speak to a manager about the “warranty” and how this whole day went, but no one has called me back after being told twice that they would reach out prior to this review. I have the same problem as I did before they came, I never signed the “final walk through” signature line, I’m out 585 dollars, and have a warranty that is basically useless I think? I’d love to get this figured out and change this review if someone would call me back and discuss options.
