After interviewing different builders to finish our basement, Homestead Home Builders checked all the boxes for us. Not only was their price point where we wanted to be, but we also were impressed with their plans. They completed our basement in a timely manner, and if something did not meet our standards it was promptly fixed. We are so thankful to have this space finished so our family can enjoy it and make memories! Big shout out to Mady who was a GREAT communicator through our process, she is the best!!!

I reached out to Phil and asked about getting a quote on closing in my loft and making it another bedroom. He was very responsive and professional. He got me a rough estimate and then finalized it with little adjustments needed. The entire process was very smooth and efficient. As everyone and their mothers were doing home projects, I know that they were extremely booked but they made time for us and were able to complete the entire process very quickly. I was impressed by their overall professional process and their craftsmanship. They new room looks amazing and throughout the process Phil was so courteous and patient with me. I did have some adjustments needed from what we quoted and then the finished product and he walked through those calmly and patiently (I hope I wasn't "that client"). He ensured that I felt heard and accommodated as much as was feasible within the project scope. Also, we have had contractors come in before for other projects and I feel like I am cleaning up their mess for months after the job is complete. On this project, I was extremely impressed by the care they took in being clean and neat. As well as the precautions, they put into place to keep my home clean during the project (brought in an industrial air cleaner on day one!!). I highly recommend Homestead Homes and Services Inc for anyone looking for some home improvements during this work from home era we know live in.

I had a wonderful time working with Herm and all his subcontractors! He was so fast with communication and was always honest and upfront with cost. Everyone was so kind when they came to work on the basement. They also work fast, but diligently, they finished everything in about 7 weeks. I was very impressed with the outcome.

I’m not one who post reviews or recommendations very often. However with this company I would be remiss in. Or sharing the excellent job they completed for us. Two yrs ago I hired a horrible contractor New Castle Groups LLC out of Loveland. They left 1/2 way through and all my money in his pocket and abandoned the job.
I share this because by now I’m cynical, cautious, and distrusting. I called Herman with Homestead Home Services to interview him about finishing my basement as my daughter was moving in. From the moment we met I was treated with respect, courtesy and above average communication which I was pleasantly surprised by.
From the start the finish plan was layed out and It was clear from drawing to timeline. We made small changes to accommodate my family without issue. The Subcontractors that came were professional, on time, experienced and skilled. I was beyond happy with them all. I was billed weekly and each billing was for the work completed and detailed as to what costs and materials or craftsman were used at each phase. Their time line was spot on from what was promised to what was delivered.
My first experience as a widow was so horrible but this job was simply incredible, professional and clear.
If you are looking for honest work with a professional company I highly and strongly recommend Homestead Home Services for both new construction and remodeling.

Homestead Home Builders served as my General Contractor for many hail damage repairs. Working with this company gave me peace of mind. They were very good about communicating with me. I appreciate the fact that, without fail, they let me know what time a subcontractor would be arriving for tasks on my property. Homestead Home Builders always treated me with courtesy and respect. Part of their motto is “people you can trust.” I would certainly underscore those words. Extensive hail damage is most disconcerting for any homeowner; however this company made the restoration process go smoothly.

Herman and his staff were the best. His office generated a detailed floor plan within days of the consultation and every trade was on time, courteous, efficient and performed brilliant, quality work. As a former contractor myself, I realize how difficult it can be to work in people's homes. It's very challenging and needs attentions at all levels and Homestead 'stepped up the plate' every day until out final walk-thru.

Homestead Homes finished our basement. They were responsive, professional, and explained all of the steps along the way. The finished basement looks amazing.
