Quiet neighborhood aside from active construction. There are high metro fees but no one cares for the neighborhoods. No parks, no trails, no snow plowing. Really love living out of town. The skies are beautifully clear at night to see the stars.

The homes already built in the area have lots of electrical issues, grading and drainage problems, failing faucets and vents, poor irrigation, rodent problems, and more. There's also lots of construction litter (especially from the window and siding crews)
