I hired Scott to finish my 1300 sq foot basement . I had the option to hire a local architect for over $10k, but decided instead to go with Scott's approach of what he calls 'design-build' where we made design decisions as the process unfolded. I'm delighted with the results. Scott's approach was more affordable and we got a beautiful solution. But I'm the type that is fine with changing plans. I can imagine that other people might have been stressed when some plans changed, through no fault of Scott's. Again, I am very happy with how everything worked out. Scott and his team of empolyees and contractors did a great job.

Scott and his crew finished my basement for me. Scott is honest, professional, and very communicative. He explained everything that he did in a way I could understand. He worked hard and fast. He also dealt with all of his subs in a professional way as well. He made sure I knew when people and supplies were expected at my home. If there was a delay, he followed through and made it as short as possible. After the basement was completed, Scott and his crew have worked on smaller projects for me as well. He treats every job, big or small, as important. I highly recommend Scott — you won’t be disappointed in his work.

Scott responded promptly to my inquiry, squeezed us in within a few days between larger projects, and gave us a reasonable and transparent quote. He and his team were friendly and professional, and did great work on our framing project, which came in just slightly under what Scott quoted. We will use All Trades again soon for plumbing and electrical. It’s so stressful to find a good, reliable, honest contractor, so it’s a real relief to have found All Trades.
