Paul had don't the complete finishing of my basement from start to finish. Very honest, upfront and willing to work with me on getting through the job. It was a large project overall, and I'm very happy with how it's turned out. He was also knowledgeable on getting the permit work done with the county and getting through inspection. I have recommended Paul to the people I know and he will be my first call for any jobs in the future.

We met with 3 different contracts and decide to go with Paul and Lucky Star. We had a great experience overall. The price and the quality of work were great. Paul was transparent and up front. We can in with in a couple of hundred dollars of budget and there was never a surprise bill. Paul was extremely respectful of trying not to disrupt our day to day while finishing our basement. Paul finished our basement and did an exceptional job! He was efficient, a hard-worker, and always respectful of the rest of our house. The work he did turned out beautiful and exceeded our expectations. An issue came up at the end of our project that was not his fault, but he went above and beyond to help us and fix the issue. I am the owner operator of a real estate investment company and I have known and used Lucky Star Construction for the last 7 year on different projects. Some of the things Paul has done for me are; framing, interior and exterior trim work, installing new windows, installing laminate flooring, gutting and remodeling two kitchens and building two decks. It’s hard these days to hire any contractor - let alone a reliable, quality contractor. So getting Paul Daniels to work on multiple projects in my home was the best thing to happen in a stressful time.
He first restored my old, complicated heat pump system last winter, going above and beyond to find parts and complete the job quickly.
Then, excessive summer rain flooded parts of my downstairs and caused skylights to leak. In addition to that insurance claim work, my older home needed 10 years of deferred maintenance done.
Paul did it all. Perfectly. Roof repair, skylight sealing, drywall and painting, plumbing, electrical, fencing, and on and on. He even did some minor fixes to my camper! Paul does what he says he’s going to do and he does it right. And the whole time he is a pleasant, easy-to-work-with, total professional. I was always at ease with him in my home.
I’ve also seen the remodel work he did for the friend who referred him to me and can vouch for Paul’s quality workmanship.
I recommend Paul without reservation for any home repair or remodeling task you might have. In my opinion you won’t find any contractor more capable.

So we finally had our new project which was a full basement.

We had already used these guys in the past (see below) and I was glad that Paul was still running things. He helped us come up with some ideas and then installed everything top notch just like we thought.... and it did not take as long as we thought.

We added a small kitchen, a theater, and two bedrooms and a bath.

So we had Lucky Star do a full remodel of our bathroom a couple of years ago.

We were quite pleased so we decided to do a full kitchen remodel and that went extremely well.

We definitely plan on using them again when we have another project.
