Guys buying house is big thing for your family or investment. House is solid in way little things has came up Lennar has fixed them no problem. My landscaping quality is different from my neighbors. The property need landscape and fencing in the backyard which is not cheap look at 16k up for backyard. Loan looks so good like you can not past up the deal. Thing I like this was solar community they had company in place you had sign a 20 year lease or buy the unit in full. The company told me Lennar and themself could not come to agreement they will be refunded my money. My point view Lennar should of told me before the company did.

The neighborhood is quite noisy, planes fly quite low all day. I have lived in houses built by other companies and this is the one that lets in the most noise. I definitely do not recommend buying a house from them. I don't know if the other houses from other companies in this neighborhood have the same problem that I have with the house I bought from Lennar.
Anyway, the neighborhood is quite noisy and never in any part of the process of acquiring my house was mentioned to me.
