Master Rooter helped unfreeze our pipes and had us up and running as new residents of Forest Lakes. Howard and Roger were professional and we couldn't be more happy with the results and service. We contacted three other plumbing companies in the area all with no call no show results. Howard worked with us to find the most economical way to get our plumbing working again. Thanks for everything we are out of a Hotel and back in our house!

Have worked w/ Master Rooter twice now in the past few months and wanted to commend them for their excellent service. We recently rented our condo and had two separate issues come up, both over a weekend. I started by calling the Rooter service listed w/ our HOA, but they were too busy. So I did a quick Google search and got someone at Master Rooter immediately. They had to send someone to Durango from Bayfield, but it took no longer than 1 hour and they were on the scene. We worked with the same tech both times -- Andrew -- who was extremely helpful and professional, as was the woman who took my call each time. A great small, local business in our area, especially if you're having plumbing issues and need someone immediately! They got the job done effectively and efficiently. Will definitely work with them again and highly recommend.

Called Master Rooter to come out and snake our main line. They had somebody out the same day. I was very pleased with the service we got and we learned a ton about our pipes from the technician. I defiantly recommend this company and will use them again.

I would like to say ZERO stars because of lack of communication. I called left a message and a few days
later received a call-back. I needed to make an appt. for the next couple of weeks and the woman I talked
to said call back next week and we'll go from there. It's been about 5 messages later and no response.
I called this morning and still nothing.
Another business will obviously appreciate my dollars more than Master Rooter, LLC

Do yourself a favor and call someone else!! I had a scheduled appointment, their plumber never showed up and when I called them they said he had gone to my house but no one was there. I was there waiting for hours and even missed an important meeting only to have them NO SHOW!! When I called the next am she said she couldn't get anyone out til next week!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!

I can’t speak highly enough of these guys. During the heaviest winter we’ve experienced in over a decade, they showed up and worked in freezing conditions, hours after sunset to make sure water service was restored to our home. I would recommend Master Rooter’s services to anyone. Thank you thank you thank you!

I wish I could give zero stars. I called, made an appointment for the following day and no one showed up or called to let us know that no one would be showing up. I’ve now called multiple times and left messages which have gone unreturned. Don’t waste your time calling these guys, call someone else.

A worker was literally wearing a Confederate hat at work. After Halloween... We're not even in the south. It made us very uncomfortable and is very unprofessional.
