We are extremely Happy with Gatsiopoulos Marble and Granite he came in and finished our basement/ movie room. He installed flooring, walls, plumbing and fixtures, shower pan and shower, paint and wiring. He is extremely professional and up front with everything. Thank you Gatsiopoulos Marble and Granite. I will add this was a complete build.

Ari is extremely responsive and has always done a great job for me. He has done a number of granite counter tops on my flips and I believe he is the most professional and reasonably priced in the business. I’d give him 6 stars because I don’t think 5 is good enough.

Ari did my granite countertops and hung cabinets . Nothing short of quality work ,very professional and got the job done in the time promised. Pride in workmanship really showed . Its so refreshing to have someone who still believes in honest , dependable and quality work !

If you were a responsible business man, you would have completed the job at 3345 Ward Road in Wheat Ridge CO months ago. I doubt what’s been fabricated will even fit. I suspect there are many issues with the work your fabricator did. Why? Because you were only willing to dump the countertops at Laura Samuelson’s home and tell her to find another installer. Even though the contract was contingent on your installation of these countertops, you’ve been giving nothing but excuses as to why you could not install the countertops. And it’s always the customer not allowing you to install them. That makes absolutely no sense at all.

Based on the reviews I’ve read in the BBB , you have been pulling these delays with a few of your other clients as well. You get clients to pay a large sum of money up front then you never deliver and install. Do you even understand what “time is of the essence” means? I think not.

Stop repeating the same old story, “I have everything ready”. That means nothing if you don’t complete the job. But, it’s always the customer’s problem, isn’t it. That’s your continued mantra for ever reason you don’t deliver and install the countertops. If this weren’t true, you would have had these countertops installed months ago. It’s never the fact that you have lied multiple times to Laura Samuelson.

I think the only option is to file a lawsuit with the Small Claims Court. But, only after we report you to the CO Secretary of States office, and to the Federal Trade Commission.

Personally, I’d give the money back that Laura Samuelson put down on this order, and then get out of this business. You’re clearly not a good businessman. If you were, we wouldn’t be having this civil written conversation now would we.

He took my money 4 months ago and never delivered ANYTHING. A ton of excuses and promises. He scammed me.
