First off, this was the only Durango window company that would get back to me in a timely manner that wasn’t astronomically expense. They were easy to work with and very knowledgeable about their products. Their two window installers (Aaron and Keith) were very kind, hard working and courteous of our property. Our windows turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend these guys.

I recently purchased a complete set of windows and doors for a large metal barndominium I’m building near Bayfield. From the very start Maureen and the crew were extremely friendly and helpful with selecting the pieces for my project. Everything was very high quality and a good price; they even held them for me until I could get back up and delivered it all in 2 separate loads for free and on my schedule! Great, old school business values and I will definitely be doing more with them in the future.

We nervously ordered a 16 foot wide sliding glass patio door to replace 3 large 4 ft wide windows and one swing door. The patio door was delivered and it looked massive. Made me more nervous. Once professionally beamed and installed, it is breathtaking. We maintained our passive solar and gained a beautiful access to our deck. We couldn’t be happier. Working with Frane Windows LLC was painless. Honest discussion and honest pricing. The quality is great. This door is solid and has smooth and quiet motion.

Frame windows was great to work with. They provided quality replacement windows at a fraction of the cost of Anderson. The installers were fast and professional. There was an issue with supply chain that delayed the final installation of one of the windows, but that a manufacturer issue not a Frane issue. Local, reasonable, and great to work with. I will gladly recommend to everyone.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Maureen and Levi Frane. We needed two additional Sierra Pacific windows for a remodel. Levi was out within 24 hours of our first contact to personally look our situation over. Unbelievable service. They held our windows until needed, then delivered them out when we called. That was a real convenience on the job site. One less thing that we had to sweat with everything else going on. A++ to Levi and Maureen. Considering supply chain issues and labor issues, Sierra Pacific gets a slightly less rating, maybe A-. However they were shipped when they said that they would ship and the quality of their windows is excellent. Our entire house is Sierra Pacific and we are extremely happy with them. Feel very confident working with the folks at Frane. Their personal attention and support is unusual its so good!!
