Even through the markup in cost after the pandemic, Jake and his team worked with us to keep costs as close to our original quote as possible. Throughout this time, I have been consistently impressed by their professionalism, skill, and dedication to quality. For the year prior to our build to almost 2 years later, Jake and his team have been available for questions and touch ups and warranty work.

Beyond their technical skills, Jake and Abby are excellent communicators and collaborators. They kept us informed of the project's progress regularly, proactively addressed any concerns, and were always willing to discuss options and alternatives. They redefined the term “Value Engineering” to help fit our budget. They were highly organized and efficient, consistently meeting deadlines and staying within budget.

We met Jake at the Parade of Homes about 2 years before we knew we could start our project and loved him. Later when we reached out, he was responsive, listened to our needs and provided ideas and estimates for our jobs in a timely manner. We remodeled our entire main floor. Although this was at the start of Covid, Jake was able to secure all of the necessary materials and manpower and adhered to all the safety protocols. Two years later we still are extremely happy with the quality of the work and his subcontractors. Specifically the tile installer, electricians and plumber were great.
