I had my Hvac unit w/new lines installed by Parker mechanical years back. We always had a leak and had an expensive service call every year to get it charged. Dan, the new owner had his crew spend time and found the leaks that hadn't been sottered good & fixed them resulting in a big bill. Dan, even though he wasn't the owner when it was installed said he would do the right thing and not charge for the call. I would recommend Parker Mechanical

These guys are true professionals you can’t go wrong with them they don’t waste their time or milk the clock you won’t go wrong with Noel Chavez or Roberto Herrera they came real quick before this cold snap and fixed my furnace up nice!….Lamar Co

After decades of satisfactory business with Parker Mechanical, they let us down big time. They were called to fix a coolant leak on a unit they initially installed, they did not find it, simply put in more coolant and went on their way. $600 for the visit. They were called back 2 weeks later to fix the same problem, found the leak this time, put in more coolant, and charged us $570.90 to do what they should have done the first time. Owner would not waive the second charge as warranty work. We paid the bill as demanded, but very disappointed in Parker Mechanical and their new management.

Ac went out the night before last. Called parker at 3pm explained the situation and that we have children in the home. The tech was at the house at 408 pm. Found the leak and fixed it in an hour. Noel was a great help and we appreciate him so much coming out on such a hot day to fix it!

Awesome service! I called today after several days of no AC. They made no guarantees, but Paul was at my house less than 2 hours later. Came home to a nice cool house and I appreciate it so much! Will recommend to anyone with HVAC needs in the area. I am not mechanical so rely on the professionals when needs arise, so thankful to have a great service here in town. Above and beyond.

They came promptly and fixed our heat about a month back when it quit just before a cold snap.

Have used Dave and his crew for years. They did all my work while I worked as a store manager for a local, major grocery store in Lamar. They are always on time and do everything they can to get you up and running. Recently replaced my ac unit at my home. Their estimate on work performed was exact. Tech came then realized he lost his tool left and came back. Then he realized my furnace needed a simple fuse. Left again to go buy those because he didn't have any. Came back put the fuse in. Spent roughly 10 min in the house. I asked what the cost should be he said "$100" Bill showed up as $160. End of story being Parker Mechanical charged me $160 for 10 min and a simple car blade fuse.
