Walking in this huge store was impressive with its extensive inventory! They have a large selection with a wide variety of flooring options to choose from. The employees are friendly and helpful and willing to answer questions. Free estimates are available to have a professional come to your home and take measurements along with contractor recommendations for installation. They also have financing available for those who would like to use their 0% interest option. We left the store with some flooring options that we are seriously considering.

So I went into the store and I made a purchase well let's just say it had taken a long while to be filled (1hr) so it was brought to the attention of Justin mescall ,to where he did a good job assisting with the issue thank you very much Justin .

We stopped by at the show room and we needed a specific tile design. We were looking for 24 x 48 and we wanted to have a specific pattern. We met Luis and he was a great help. He spend great time with us and gave us true guidance. His service was superb and we loved his customer service skills. Very honest sales rep.

This place just opened up 2 weeks ago and man do they have some stuff. Home Depot and Lowes are no longer the go-to stores for stuff. Floor & Decor is here 😎

Not a fan. Sent a friend there to pick out some Laminate flooring I was going to install for them. They did find a one they really liked, but decided to purchase a different one because there was 1,500 sq ft in stock. They paid for 2,500 sq ft that day. Although they needed 2,500 sq ft for their job, this would workout well, because 1,500 sq was what was needed for their first floor. We would be able to admittedly start the job. The additional 1,000 sq ft for the second floor would take 5-10 business days arrive. That was fine we could do the bottom floor and would not start demoing the second floor until it arrived. They were excited to get their floor done so, we demoed the first floor the very next day. On the second day I went to the store to pickup a pallet of the Laminate. My name had been added to the purchase so that I would be able to pickup the materials. When I arrived I find out that 1,500 sq ft that was in stock was resold the previous day to another customer and that their entire order was being freighted in and it would be arriving in 5-10 business days. They had to live house without flooring for 7 days, plus bring back some of furniture that was put in their garage and then again have to move the same furniture back to the garage once the flooring arrived. Horrible experience for me and my friends.

This store is amazing a drove 1 hour away because of the selection , and the staff a very friendly , on the day of ny purchasd i stayed 30 mins after they closed and not one of them rushed me instead asked if we needed help and to take our tine best store for home renovations and the porcelain tile was amazing!!!
