My experience with marlin crawler has been awesome. I purchased gears and lockers & an RCLT HD kit for my 2013 Tacoma from them. There was certainly a large delay in the RCLT kit but I expected that. A little trouble with the lead time being a few weeks longer than expected but but this was a planned build so it didnt effect me. The best thing about these guys, is they are very responsive to phone calls. They always get back to emails within a day. They are always willing to help talk me through choosing the right parts for my build and all of the products they sent were high quality. Oem koyo bearings in the rebuild kits. The long travel kit is super skookum. Very detailed instructions and everything bagged & labeled accordingly. The kit is a bit complex but they have it all laid out for you.

I will be attempting fulfill my offroad parts purchasing through marlin crawler on all future parts purchases. 10/10

I wasn’t going to write this because I bear responsibility for not paying attention when ordering. The tie rod ends I ordered are fine. However, I am not happy with the extreme high shipping of $39.00

Update, a member of the Marlin Crawler team reach out to me and agreed that
What I was charged for shipping was to much. They resolved the issue which was described as a system problem and is being fixed as we speak. All is now well.

If you like rock crawling and own a Toyota this is the place you've been looking for!!! Very knowledgeable staff and by far some of the best products on the market. I have always been happy with my purchases and love wearing my Marlin Crawler swag. If you ever get a chance to stop by their shop and meet them like I did you find out their great people too!!!

I have an old 1988 Toyota 4wd pickup that's had rearend noise ever since I've had it. So I found this place, an I bought a new gear set center chunk. That's what I call it anyway, its all put together everything new. I put it in today, took about 2 hours. Test drove it with no problems, quiet now. Should have done this years ago. Marlin Crawler is the place to go.

I have ordered several times from Marlin Crawler, the latest customer service need was taken care of by Kyle. We email back and forth information and pictures and spoke on the phone. I know these guys area super busy with all the growth and new RCLT HD kit being so popular, yet my emails were answered within hours of sending them. The custom products I've purchased have been top notch. While there are plenty of companies out there that have poor support, these guys are on the opposite end of the spectrum. Thank you Marlin Crawler staff for being great at customer service.

My rebuilt R150 transmission was assembled missing a very necessary snapring. Needless to say, the transmission was destroyed. MC and I disagree about what would be the right thing to do in this particular situation, but I can't say I'm happy. Will definitely look elsewhere in future.

We paid twice the cost versus buying this car part locally, so it was safe to expect we were getting quality. What we received seemed like a cheap knock off so we called Marlin but they would not allow for a refund. After some time speaking with a very condescending staff member, Marlin did eventually offer a partial refund, but I'm on the hook for shipping (over $50 for heavy item) and will keep $100 for a restocking fee. We've done a lot of business with them, but this will be the last.
