02/02/25-I can remember when this Michael's was clean and organized.

Today it's a mess I should have took photos I did not think to.

They must have a lot of theft because the restrooms unlike other stores (At Home, Hobby Lobby) are not open. Customers has to ask an associate to open up the restroom. A pregnant customer waited to use the restroom after she asked an associate to open up the restroom door. She looked frantic because she had to go to the restroom because nobody came to open up the door.

Seems like there's shortage of staff on Sundays so you're not going to get that customer service readily.

We were at the At Home store on Shaw and we should have used the restroom there and it's a lot cleaner and organized.

We're heading to the Michael's in River Park to see how better it is.

Nothing beats Hobby Lobby but it's closed on Sundays.

There are some great clearance deals to be had between 70-80% off. The restroom is currently unavailable. I like the ability to self-checkout. What's frustrating is that there is a skeleton staff. I wanted to purchase some paint, and a staff member has to override the age restriction. You have to press for assistance on the register. The problem was that no one showed up. I waited for a few minutes then went to find a staff member.

I've been at this store before and it was just like the last time I was there. Messy. They're products all over the place and just disarray. There's never enough products on the shelves. There selection is at minimum. I used to go to the store in San Jose. Very clean and if you needed help they would be able to. The staff is ok but I'm not sure if they just were short handed or They're behind on putting products on the shelves. Either that or the shipment came in unexpectedly either way I just wasn't happy with the cleanliness of the store. They really need to hire more people or pull in more people to help put their products on the shelves. I'll change the rating when I see an improvement.

Very neat & organized business. Easy to find what your looking for. Also, easy to find out if they don't carry what your looking for so you don't waste allot of time. The layout is 👍 great!

The gentleman who waited on me was very helpful. I needed postal wrap to send a package to my nieces in Washington state. I had to order online in order to get the discount and pick up in store.

Get your artsy fix here at good old boy Mikes. Great selection but wouldn't rely on employees advice best bet is go in with some time on your hands to browse extensively. Sounds rough but can be pretty fun if you don't have a life!!! ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ ͡⁠°⁠ ͜⁠ʖ⁠ ͡⁠°⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

Came here with my sister to get what she needed. Love Michael store. They have everything you need for home decor and a lot of cute stuff.

If I could give a zero I would today. Very rude and condescending cashier; we had some glass pumpkins and she stated she had nothing to wrap them with..they were out of paper!! This is a craft store that sells paper!! In addition, they had. Multiple boxes that they were unpacking had a lot of paper in them that they could have used. My friend made a comment that.Perhaps that's why a lot of the glass pumpkins were broken because people return them. To which the cashier said no they came broken to us. Then why would you put them out on display. After paying, we did not receive a thank you for shopp I ng at Michael's. Customer service..
Maybe they are out of that alo g with the paper!
