I had ordered some photo prints from Office Depot two days ago (same day pick up). It turned out I had to pick them up two days later, which didn't bother me at all. I patiently waited the two days, but my pictures still weren't ready. So, I decided to go to Office Depot and asked the photo center lady, who had a nose piercing, politely if she could help me with my order. She immediately gave me attitude and said she hadn't gotten my photos ready because she was "busy." There weren't many people there, so I asked nicely if she could help me now since I was there. She responded, "I cannot help you. You will have to wait until I get to them or I can refund you."

I was very embarrassed and ashamed of how rude she was, so I asked for a refund. She turned around and left me talking without giving proper guidance on how my refund would be processed. I waited, and she ignored me for quite some time. After she got tired of ignoring me, she said, "I will cancel your order via email." I was shocked and upset. I understand any job can be stressful and hectic, but you always need to provide decent customer service and be a little more respectful to people. She is definitely not a problem solver. Thanks for nothing, Office Depot. I guess I will be waiting for my refund via email?

I absolutely love going to the store. It’s right near my house. There’s always plenty of parking. And most of all, there’s a Front Desk person named Kate who always helps me find what I need. And she seems genuinely happy to be working there.

Lots of selection with good prices on most office supplies. A good selection of electronics and office machines, copiers, printers etc. A very helpful copy and print department, and a large office furniture selection. My only knock inside the store is that you aren't always greeted nor is there someone asking you if you need help. That could be more consistent. Parking is ample, however, other business use the parking lot, which makes parking a premium, and it might take you some time to find a space.

Got my photos printed Christmas Eve with no time to spare. Alizare (idk how to spell his name sorry) was so helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted, the way I wanted, in a timely fashion. Lifesaver!

Went to Office Depot to purchase printing paper on the 25th October and no one said hi, no one came to see if I needed assistance, the product I was purchasing was not in the same location that it was the last time I purchased it so I had to look all over the store for it and no one bothered to assist me. The cashier was efficient but other than that it was not a good experience this time.

There are good things, most products for an office, the staff is friendly, or most tries to, but they have frequently new staff which sometimes makes processes a bit slower, but with a smile an da bit of patience, you will be fine. But then again, that is my most recent experience, others may have had different ones recently. Quick tip, do your research on your phone, it will help you and will prevent you from getting upset when no one shows up to help you, all prices are on the product but since they don’t sell display, sometimes you will need to ask someone to check inventory, if there is no line at the cashier, just grab one of the little paper and take it to them, it will save you time.

I wouldn’t shop here The customer service is awful. I had an unpleasant experience yesterday, as I had approached the gentleman at the front desk with questions and he had the most ugliest attitude when I asked him for my order he made me confirm my name mind you I use alias Shawn had an ugly attitude towards me almost felt like he discriminated against me I was waiting for Shawn to come help me and all he did was walk away form me after I asked him for help I would’ve put Shawn in the back where people don’t see him because Clearly, he doesn’t know what customer service is or let alone of peoples person Thank God for for the other Associate that came to help me because Shawn was worthless
