Fast and Reliable..... I called Bishop Plumbing and heating around 11am today as my heater was not holding temp. They came out same day 3 hours later and the service Tech Kalab was awesome. He called 1/2 before he arrived and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. It is Dec 20th and with Christmas/New year I thought for sure I would have to wait many days. I highly recommend Kalab @ Bishop... Great team.

Bishop Plumbing is a horrible business. They came out to do some repairs on my mechanical system and general house plumbing items. They were very poor on service, incredibly difficult on follow Up. Ultimately, they haven't responded to about 4 or 5 phone calls and emails and I paid them for things they didn't do.
Stay away from Bishop Plumbing.

Bishop Plumbing provides outstanding service. Bishop installed a tankless water heater, a new furnace, and various smaller plumbing services over the years. I have always had outstanding work, and I highly recommend this company.

I have scheduled 3 appointments with Bishop Plumbing 2 out of 3 have been no shows. The faucet still hasn't been replaced and the next appointment is not for 3 weeks.

After seeing my above review the owner personally called me and apologized. She agreed that they had not handled my service well. They are working to improve their service.

called and got an appointment to fix my AC. The technition was efficient and knowledgeable. extremely friendly. when i had an issue with the work the tecnition called me back and fixed the problem immediately.

Bishop has always come to the rescue when we’ve had floods, even late night emergencies. I wouldn’t choose anyone else over Bishop! Professional technicians and a great local business.

A Bishop technician came out to do yearly boiler maintenance and he said we had carbon monoxide levels so high that he legally needed to shut off our boiler and we needed a new $24K boiler because parts were not available. We then had Black Hills Energy come out to do an inspection and their technician said there was ABSOLUTELY NO carbon monoxide coming from the boiler, and even if there was, there were plenty of parts available to fix just about anything on our boiler. THIS IS IRRESPONSIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL and close to CRIMINAL. DO NOT USE BISHOP!!!
