For my wife, Lise, and me, HighCraft has become the "Go-to-Place" when we have remodeling needs for our home. The team at HighCraft is a team of absolute professionals. It starts with the initial development of a scope of plan proposal and an estimate for the project. Christian Renger was great in listening to our needs and intentions and incorporated our feedback in constructive ways.
Next came the design process, led by Jill Sanchez. Because we knew Jill from a previous project, we were all immediately on the same wavelength and the process was very smooth and efficient. Especially, Jill was flexible in accommodating our time and schedules and she selected extremely good vendors for cabinets, tile work, fixtures, etc.
Then came the construction phase with Dennis Hicks as the Project Manager and Matt Roessner, Rick Douglas, and Scotty McDermid as his work team. All we can say is: It is a real pleasure to work with this team. They are professionals of the highest quality, and their work shows that. The craftsmanship and the attention to detail are just great--and they take great pride in the quality of their work. On top of this, talking things over with Dennis about some of the details was always easy and never stressful. Which is another aspect that anyone should keep in mind: Communication was just easy and straightforward--and we appreciated a great deal.
I want to give a special shout-out to Dennis. He was just an outstanding Project Manager and his attention to detail has been greatly appreciated by Lise and me. Thank you, Dennis!
In sum, we enjoy our remodeled master bathroom tremendously and highly recommend HighCraft and their work.
