We just completed a very custom home. Not only the design, but thee construction details. The house is very air tight (ACH 50 = .92) thanks to NoCO Custom Homes and attention to detail managing air infiltration. Our Superintendent was the best we could ask for.

NoCo Custom Homes (Jason & Dani Jones) completed building our new house in January of 2017. The best decision we made in our new home construction was choosing NoCO Custom homes as our builder.  Jason and Dani were great to work with, communication was excellent, and they built us a beautiful new home on schedule and on budget. There are a lot of home builders out there these days, but I can’t imagine finding one better than NoCO.

We lived in KY and were relocating to CO. Spent a couple days looking at houses to buy and found a lot in an area we loved and were given the number for NoCO Custom Homes. Unfortunately we didn't even have time to meet them before we had to return to KY. We took a leap of faith and after only a phone call, we decided to move forward with them. And we are so grateful we did. We love our house so much! And we loved working with them just as much! During the process we probably called and emailed Jason a billion times and he always answered the phone. Always. Both Jason and Dani were both personal and professional and they were there every step of the way. And in the end, when everything was said and done and money had exchanged hands, they STILL keep in touch with us and care about us. We've been in our house for 3 years and last year, we had a question about something and Jason came over to our house himself to fix something that wasn't even their fault. Seriously, you can't go wrong with NoCO Custom Homes. I would recommend them 100 times out of 100. Jason and Dani will build you a great home, and just as important, make the whole process something you'll enjoy every step of the way!

NoCO Custom Homes was EXACTLY what we were looking for. We had never built a house, but wanted a custom one-of-a-kind forever home. After 30 years in the military, I’m not moving again, so it had to be perfect. And it IS, for us! From the unique floor plan which capitalizes on the views, to the quality of the finished product, we love it. Jason Jones (and Dani, Bailey, Marcial, and the army of others) personally made sure any issues were resolved and or explained. That was the key to our satisfaction…there were some rough spots and learning moments, but Jason and his team got us through by communicating and educating. I will never build another custom home, but only because this one is perfect. NoCO, Thank you and CHEERS!

We are very grateful to have had Jason and Dani Jones with NoCO custom homes as our builders for our first custom home. Whenever we had questions, they were always so quick to respond to our emails, phone calls, and text messages. In many instances they went above and beyond to make sure that our home turned out the way we wanted it to. They are friendly and easy going, yet still professional and detail oriented. The construction process went quickly and something was always happening and changing. We also appreciate the fact that even almost two years after moving in, they have still been responsive to questions we’ve had.
