They were the only place I could find that would work on a pole barn they didn't build after mine suffered damages from high winds. The sales representative Dave was great and helped a ton getting things worked out with insurance and getting things going. My expectations where high for the builders he would send to do the work but I was very disappointed with Jarrod to say the least. Sure the overall job is satisfactory but, I would expect for 16k in labor charges the guy would have his own lift, tools and crew. The first 2 days he was alone and complained about needing to find "some Mexicans" to help him. When he had help he said it wasn't the "Mexicans" he wanted but good luck getting white people to work. Instead of having a lift he used lumber that was supposed be used in the barn to make a wierd slide to pull the metal up with. I helped clean up and moved the old metal with my tractor. The next few days later he expected me to use my tractor to help lift sheeting up to them on the other side and when I told him I wasn't going to be home and they couldn't use my tractor he got angry and grumbled about building the slide thing again. I ended up lifting all the metal up with the tractor and putting on top of the porch
section of the barn before I went to town so they wouldn't have to lift it from the ground and I heard him call it a stupid idea while I was doing it. When the project was over I tried to haggle the price a bit and when I brought up the fact that he was going to make over 200 an hour if he paid his help 30 each he got so angry I thought I was going to have put hands on him. I paid him the full amount the insurance paid out but I know how insurance claims work and he was paid at least double what he was worth.
