Eric of The Patch Pro has been the best contractor I have worked with so far in the Fairbanks/North Pole area. Not only is he responsive, he always got back to me within a reasonable time, he is great at what he does! The work he did on my bathroom looks amazing. He went above and beyond what I asked him to do in the spirit of doing the job right and to the best of his abilities. I couldn't be more pleased with the job Eric did for me. If you ever need drywall work done in your home, Eric is definitely the guy to call!

Patch Pro is the kind of business I like to support - small, responsive, friendly, and professional, with a focus on quality not quantity of work. I had a small but relatively unique drywall repair requiring framing and drywalling an enclosure strip around exposed plumbing in the ceiling and repairing drywall requiring matching matching different colors of paint as well as different textures. I had heard Eric was the best but the job may not be cheap. Eric responded in a timely manner, came out and gave me an estimate that was less than one I had received before. He took the time to make the pipe "raceway" enclosure as small and unobtrusive as possible. He was in and out of the house over several days at the end of which I have perfectly color and texture matched walls and ceiling and plumbing nicely concealed. He cleaned up after himself after each visit and used a HEPA filter so that there was no drywall dust in my house. I cannot recommend Patch Pro highly enough!

5 stars isn’t enough for The Patch Pro. Eric is an absolute expert. He is attentive to detail, timely, communicative, and extremely professional. Eric gave honest opinions and helped us made the best decisions possible. He turned our “bad situation” into a beautiful bathroom and basement. Working with Eric was a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. I’m sure we will call him for future projects!

Eric Gettinger of The Patch Pro did an excellent job repairing extensive stress cracks in the drywall of my duplex. He responded to my inquiry for a site visit in 24 business hours and provided me with a professional estimate for repairs. Eric (the Patch Pro) came out to our bathroom project less than a week after we called him. He corrected an improperly mounted tube (our fault), replaced drywall, sealed up the shower walls, did a fantastic texture job to make the new wall match the existing one, and even gave us some incredibly useful tips for the rest of our project, like using red guard on the bathroom subfloor to further protect it from water damage.

He really cares about helping people improve their homes.

I highly recommend Eric for any project.

Eric was referred to us by a local painting company. We hired him to finish / repair our ceiling drywall (we live in an older house that had uneven and cracked drywall). Eric did an amazing job for our family rental and will definitely be working more in the future as needed. It’s not easy to bring someone in your home you don’t know, but Eric handled our home so professionally (especially with kids running in circles!).
