I came to Hive as a referral from a trusted friend. This is my first time doing a commercial buildout for my business. I was fortunate to have contacted them early in the process. Needless to say, I needed a lot of hand holding/guidance. Their communication and expertise is unparalleled. They really listened to my needs and equally important, my budget. They walked me through every stage of the process, helped find an architect best suited for my project and again, maintained great communication with everybody involved. I’m sure my project was small in comparison to others they manage, but I felt they treated it with the same importance. I felt they handpicked knowledgeable, reliable and skilled subcontractors for this project. I have additional projects in the future and will only use Hive Construction. Thank you to the Hive team!

Joel and HIVE helped us build our Luxury Day Spa at the Streets at Southglenn and we couldn't be happier with the work and service they provided. They were always available and when we needed to hit deadlines, they did all they could to make sure we hit them! I would recommend Hive to anyone looking for a build out or for any construction needs. Joel even came to help us fix a door issue on a Mother's Day!!! You can't ask for better service than that.
