We hired Shane Freeman for snow removal at our Vail place. He did a subpar job on his first outing, including leaving a massive snowbank in front of the garage which irritated our renters. We canceled our contract with him and he offered to repay our deposit, however we have not received it 2 months later. He has gone silent now. Be very careful doing business with Shane, not just in service quality but in overall integrity. Perhaps give him only a small deposit to start.

Watch out for this guy Shane. Unreliable. Took our money for the season and stopped working. Went silent on us. Not sure what's going on, seemed like a nice guy at first. We're thinking of small claims court but it's such a hassle.
