Working with Rea Coulter and his team at Sinclair Building has been a breath of fresh air for all of us at K and W Concrete. It’s unusual for a project of this scope and size of the Aspen project’s concrete work to go as smoothly as it did. Rea stayed ahead of us with the layout, project changes, and with the information it takes to construct a foundation into the mountainside of an Aspen project. I believe that having the Sinclair team; architects, engineers, and building wrapped up into one company was an important and prominent reason for the smoothness and ease of the way the project flowed. Sinclair’s payments of our invoicing were timely, and because Rea worked with our project manager and job superintendent daily, we had no questions to answer when our invoices were received by him. We do almost all our work in the Aspen areas where the projects are very large, and the designs are changing constantly. Because of the Sinclair team, there were fewer of these and if it happened, decisions were quick and completely and easily understood. We hope to have a long working relationship with Sinclair Building Architecture Design.
