John Sipes was a very good Handyman. He was willing to come from Parachute to Grand Junction. I had 3 small projects for him. Two of the three were easy peasy. The project of attaching the toilet to the floor in the main bathroom was not so easy peasy. In fact, John was very honest and showed me the problem was more involved than he (and I) first thought. He told me I really needed to get a plumber to get the toilet grounded. I did love that honesty because the lack of it from 2 previous handy men caused the issue. I have a number of projects that need to be done in the near future. I'm hiring John Sipes.
