Second review...
Called them to come out to an adjacent property we bought. They were pretty busy but squeezed us in their schedule. We were in no rush, so that worked out perfectly. They did a great job and the final survey map is now framed and on our wall. We're very pleased.

Came out and surveyed our new property. There wasn't much communication, and they came without us knowing, but they did their job. The price was more than expected, but that's the case with everything nowadays, so no complaints about that. Would recommend to others.

We made a appointment three weeks in advance and Jimmy said he was available for that area and told us he will be there at 9:30 am cst. Today Jimmy was a no-show and did not answer phone. We repeatedly call and you could not leave a message. Highly disappointed, waste of time and unprofessional business practices. Would not recommend this business. Extremely Unprofessional !!!!!!!

I was pleased with Davis Land Survey. There were a couple of setbacks but the survey was done in a timely manner. I would recommend Jimmy Davis if you need land surveyed.

Jimmy does an excellent job and is an expert at what he does. He did a survey for me on somewhat short notice with no issues whatsoever. He communicated with me, as well as my realtor to ensure all bases were covered. When it comes to surveys, the devil is in the details...and Jimmy is the best in the Wiregrass area at making sure those details are taken care of. Reasonable prices for exceptional service!
